These charcoal drawings and watercolour studies will then be worked on in the studio, with participants completing several interpretive scenes in acrylic paint to be displayed in the village. This Mediterranean foodie getaway, based at a riverside villa in the inland Algarve, is draws inspiration from the vegetarian dishes of celebrated cooks. Participants will master the art of selection of small dishes, take part in a hands-on falafel session, refine brunch dishes such as shakshuka, and make hearty mains like spicy mushroom ragu and moussaka. The schedule includes trips to the local market and a nearby winery to sample Portuguese wines, along with free time for strolls by the nearby river, to relax on the terrace or take a dip in the pool. This energetic camp is an uplifting, inclusive three-day dance intensive for adults in High Wycombe. The format each day is a party-style warm-up session, followed by three 90-minute classes covering different urban dance forms, then an 60-minute freestyle session to demonstrate those solos. Participants are divided into groups based on ability and experience, so it is suitable for those who are completely new to popping and locking, all the way to advanced dancers or instructors. This coastal town is the ideal spot for a maritime music retreat. Guests will be taught traditional shanties from a folk singer and vocal coach, and try their hand at composing original ones.
